下市,公司的公告指股東可繼續持有股票轉成美國預託股票(ADR),因新濠博亞有
在美國那斯達克掛牌,我想請問:我的港股如何轉成美股的ADR?
我已請教過營業員,是一問三不知啊!

The main reason is that brokerage does not offer trading service for U.S. stock market.
If you want to keep the stock, what you need to do is:
1. Find a brokerage that allow U.S. trading (like Charles Schwab) and open an account.
2. Transfer your stock to that new account
It will be automatically converted.
