IP (Internet protocol) is a standard that routes packages of
information around a network. TPC adds verification to IP.
HTTP aggregates TCP/IP "packets" of information into documents.
HTML formats the HTTP documents into Web pages. XML formats these
documents into a wider set of self-describing files. HL7 is a
content standard that uses XML to record medical information.
