有鑑於現今有些中小企業員工,工作中稍遇到不如意就不告而別,
事先也沒跟主管說,還因此上新聞被日本企業拒絕錄用
這些害群之馬遊走於各企業之間,造成大家對年輕人是草莓族的刻板印象
是否有人有網站技術,可讓企業輸入員工重大不良紀錄(上班未到人間蒸發..等)的功能,
企業在用人之前就可以輸入員工的姓名、身分證字號等,
搜尋其他企業是否有對該員工有過負評,進而決定該錄用哪一名員工,
否則現在大家都是瞎子摸象,有問題的員工也不能提醒其他企業要注意,
曠職也無法扣薪,反而增加認真上班的人的工作量,勞資處於不平等的地位
如果有這個功能,對企業來說是價值千金,當然前面企業先不收費衝資料庫數量,
企業只要傳真正式文件過來,通過認證就能獲得一個帳號(類似人力銀行那樣)
我相信很多公司有這方面的困擾會有興趣加入,等資料庫數量多起來,
就會增加企業額外付費的意願,應該是有利可圖。。
當然員工的個資不能洩漏(是輸入項),輸出是某某企業對該員工的評論或評價,
不知道這個idea是否有人有興趣,前提是須要有架設網站的技術。。

之有年,就是所謂的永不錄用名單,這類名單通常有重大
違規都會登錄。

覺得遲到一分鐘很嚴重,有的覺得15分鐘都能接受,每個
人的評斷標準皆為不同,您說嚴重才登陸,那嚴重的定義
是什麼呢?單向的給與評價其實是不公平的,舉個例子:學
校期末評價,通常越鬆的老師評價越高,這個系統真的有
達到預期的效果嗎?
2.只要有利益關係就有弊端,洗履歷之類的事情也會跟著
產生,更不用說個資安全的問題,此數據真的可信嗎?
3.這類老鼠屎畢竟是少數中的少數,而做這個系統,是否
真正能夠防止這類不良員工,亦或是單純增加正常員工的
職場壓力呢?單看優點確實很好,但水能載舟亦能覆舟...

好好的」正因為他們是公司,所以不管是否被惡意攻擊,
都不會那麼容易倒下吧~公司獲利主要來自客戶,只要有
足夠的客戶繼續相信該公司帶來的好處,該公司就不怕繼
續在勞動市場裡找人。再來個資法,勞工同意公司拿到他
的個資,可是該勞工沒有同意你拿到他的個資,這無關顯
不顯露的問題。最後,公司是一個比個體還能運用更多資
源做事的機構,不旦不適合把公司擬人化然後談言論自由
,更別提官司看的是誰錢多時間多,一旦這個機制出現,
有能力的公司要搞死一個勞工會變得更加容易。以上個人
