如題 只是閒聊
有沒有板友的創業是開設坐月子中心呢?
之前的工作客戶部分是婦產科/小兒科醫師
醫療診所越來越難賺...利潤來源幾乎都是月子中心
稍微估計一下, 月子中心麻煩的地方或許在於:
1.與鄰近婦產科/小兒科診所 / 地區醫院的聯繫系統, 包括月子中心內駐醫
2.各房間的高標衛生控制與膳食調養
3.母嬰照護人員素質 這幾部分
想問看看有沒有板友能有經驗分享!
