如題
心中有個疑問拿捏分吋還沒掌握好,
請教大家這方面經驗該怎處理
我方是A廠商
好友是B是中間人
對方廠商是C
C有採購需求問B而B找上A協助配合
A整理報價後再外加5%給B傭金再透過B給C廠商
我這邊有個原則也有困惑:
1.我很樂意給B傭金
2.這樣我的窗口無論對B還是對C會衍生出付款條件問題:
2.1 如果是窗口C: C廠商可能是貨到付款或是月結,但如果是透過B中間商,
既然是資訊不對稱關係,是否A要對B先直接請款
2.2 如果是窗口B:我的貨與款項應該面對B就不管C了,
換句話說C有問題要找B而不是找A
3.如果有下一次機會A可以直接聯繫C,或是C直接聯繫我A,可以跳過B嗎?
