我正在小本創業賣水煎包,可是為什麼我的水煎包,煎好會有點黃黃的,而且水煎包冷掉後,表皮會變硬.乾乾的,不像別人的水煎包,冷了還是軟軟的.澎澎的,有哪位大大可以為我解答?
