最近面臨了加薪的兩難
原本我只是想好好犒賞認真的員工
但從我實際試探性的訪談後
發現這麼單純的事會出現很大的問題
首先就是不公平
即使我很明確知道誰認不認真
但我看到的和他們感受的就是不同
大部份人都自認比別人認真
所以沒分到的人就是會不爽 甚至可能鬧離職
有人跟我說乾脆一起加薪
我想這更不公平
說不定很認真做事的看到很混的跟他領一樣的錢
結果認真的人鬧離職反而比前一個方案更慘
現在加薪的事只好先擱一邊了
有人有更好的提議嗎
