小餐廳勞健保該怎麼做最好 - 創業

由於上上個月我們店裡有位工讀生出車禍,我們店僅保團保,沒有勞保而被家屬大抱怨,
於是想藉此機會搞好這件事……
我們店僅40個座位的小餐廳,
目前正職2人,含我(業主),我們3人有勞健保掛在廚師工會,
其餘排班工讀生6人都只有團保,
我們店營業額約50萬,
但成本比例是高的,
所以如果連工讀生一起加公會勞健保我們恐怕負擔不起,
所以想請教大家,有沒有老闆知道要怎麼保保險我們能負擔得起,也才算合法呢?
我們正職+工讀生共8人,也不是5人以下的店,可是營業額確實不高,且各項成本都高,
若真按政府規定的勞健保走,對小店而言覺得吃緊。但不按政府規定走,又怕像這次員工
出事,家屬抱怨……,真的頗煩心。
麻煩有經驗的老闆幫解惑,感激不盡~
