其實一直以來我身材是屬於微胖型的..164公分60公斤尤其是大腿的部分很多肉很胖對自己真的很沒信心很多事情都不敢做最近我真的下定決心開始想減肥從飲食方面..早餐有開始吃芭樂水果,昨天吃燒餅蛋餅(有點油..)中餐有時候吃一點點飯或只喝酸辣湯晚餐因為是家人煮所以不能不吃,就只吃少量的菜吃肉�
