自我介紹:
小弟高雄人,當初我還不知道空腹熊貓這個服務時,我曾有一模一樣的想法,也實際下去
做了。就在進行到一半時我知道了空腹熊貓,加上以一個默默無名的姿態跑去找餐廳想合
作,其實並不順利。後來靈機一動,便將念頭轉到夜市上,其實當初夜市算是可以接受外
送這個概念的,我和瑞豐、金鑽幾間知名夜市攤位都有達成共識,但真正開始做時,發現
沒什麼生意,行銷又是我的弱項,在意識到接下來就是要砸錢行銷時就龜了,算是無疾而
終,至今也不好意思再回去找那些店家。以上就是小弟簡單的故事。
事業介紹:
在UBER漸漸廣為人知的現在,小弟有了新的想法,就是將UBER的”概念”應用到”吃”上
面。簡單來說,就是使用網站/APP來達到徵求/賣吃的東西,人人都可以是賣家(會想辦法
與”店家”做區隔)。目前概念是用所在地、區域劃分,讓使用者便於找到附近的賣家。
目前有以下應用規劃:
1.對於吃飯時間不在正常用餐時間者,可<徵求>晚間9:30晚餐一頓,金額、內容等等
;反之賣家當然可以自訂時間、內容、金額等
2.賣家可以賣”一頓餐”或”一道菜”:幾菜幾湯、丼飯類、或單一道”東坡肉”都
可以拿來賣
3.買家當然也可以只買一道菜,這對於某些族群應該會有吸引力
4.吃的東西包山包海,能賣的種類自然也包山包海
獲利方式目前有想了幾種,當然也可預想到會有些問題,不過這篇主要分享想法就不多談
創業心得:
小弟本身一直都想走創新服務的創業類型,我知道這很難成功。我不會架網站、行銷也不
是專長,但至少目前還沒放棄,還是有想法可以做些什麼
