請問個位前輩大大們,在新北新莊,店租10000約5-8坪大的情況下,想開間手工水餃煎餃
一份10顆50元有搞頭嗎?
每顆都足重30g比一般店家都來的大又紮實!
因為第一次嚐試想開店,但不管自己怎麼評估,都覺得只賣水餃煎餃的話似乎很難收支平
衡…但賣太多樣的話自己一人又忙不過來…
所以想找尋一下大家的意見
看能不能想通些什麼…
餡料自己拌味道也是自己的斤兩,沾醬也是自己做的,還想附自己做的白蘿蔔泡菜
