找兼職業務的老闆的想法? - 創業

因為學特殊語言的緣故
剛好該國家這兩年市場狀況蠻好的
就會接到一些朋友或親戚介紹
說有些老闆要找我幫他們賣產品過去
但大多都說要找兼差 就是如果有賣過去了 才抽傭金這樣
基本上我聽到這樣我都會直接婉拒
因為個人的想法是 如果這間公司真的想要好好做這個市場 應該是去培養一個業務 專心去做 去找當地代理
不是找個玩票性質 然後也不了解產品的人去賣
有點不了解這種老闆心裡的算盤到底是怎麼打的?
還是有什麼其他考量呢?請教各位老闆們
