我自己是賣建材的
有的品牌有簽約制度
例如要賣到300萬以上 全年度價格折5趴
5趴至少都有15萬吧
我自己往年沒簽約是可以賣到250萬
但如果簽約 沒賣完就等於票先開給廠商領
其實還有簽約其他品牌 加一加大概800萬有
但這是勉強賣完的XD
如果我又簽約300萬
明年整年度只賣200萬
那麼我等於100萬的票先給廠商領走
等於我周轉金就少100萬
有做生意就知道 周轉金蠻重要的
當然我是沒差那100萬會週轉不靈跳票啦XDD
只是如果沒賣完 年底結算少那100萬在廠商那 有點不爽
如果~~
我發現如果抱著一個想法
去銀行借錢的心態
好像怎麼做都划算
因為如果銀行借100萬
一年利息也才1.3萬
可是我簽約下去 至少就是15萬入袋了
報這種想法 好像應該要簽下去才對??
各位覺得呢?
