我目前18歲身高182cm體重95kg我的彈跳力不太好,目前連籃框都摸不到想利用時間來訓練首先我想先減重到85kg再來是訓練肌肉(全身)再來是體力的訓練最後當然是訓練彈跳力有沒有人可以幫我開個訓練單我的運動時間大概可以排星期一到星期五0.5~1小時星期六和星期日1~1.5小時(以上時間是目前到六月中)六��
