各位前輩好,小弟的好友最近創業遇到一些困擾,
想在這裡分享創業經驗以及得到各位前輩的指教,
創業模式是獨資創業,自創品牌飲料店,
販賣商品以水果飲料為主,價位範圍在30~90元,
平均單價約60-70,由於是比較特別的飲料,
在去年夏天有上過幾次新聞等等,以致爆紅,
在新聞撥出後幾乎天天大排長龍,IG/FB出現大量

打卡次數,每天約賣出8-900杯飲品(8小時),
這樣的情況大約維持了半年。
在入秋後人潮漸漸減少,此時出現了第一個問題,
員工在熱潮時請得太多,造成閒置員工問題,
眼見將入冬,只好漸漸縮減工讀時數與員工數量。
接下來是熱潮過後,回流客的減少,
這個我們有些推斷,很有可能是因為口味不符合期
待,於是開始刪減品項以及調整比例,顧客反應還
算不錯(當然有很多顧客是說場面話...),
但我認為最大的原因是「我喝過啦~」,因為飲料

得到相當多的注意,往往都是打完卡後就完成任務
,並沒有太多的回流客(這個困擾尚未有解決方法)
,生意也因此一落千丈,冬天還可以歸因於天氣
影響,但眼見著就要來到夏天,生意還是不見起色
,這也讓他非常困擾與憂鬱。
無奈我也不是做過生意的,很難給他建議,於是
想到創業板分享這個類型的店家遭遇,
希望能夠得到前輩們的指點與經驗分享。
