(文有點長,需要大家給些建議)
我的爸爸從我出生前從模具學徒一直做到自己開設工廠當老闆,
模具產業當時興盛時期家裡還曾經請到兩到三個工人過~
但之後模具業漸漸沒落,原本附近區域好多家工廠也都陸續收了....
媽媽因為我們家三個小孩唸書還有家中的開銷,從原先的全職家庭主婦到在接件車衣服再
到成衣公司持續平車拷克類的工作....
我自己工作幾年後前些日子跑去澳洲working holiday了一年多,最近回台灣,
老爸在今年過年前把工廠裡做模具的機台都賣掉了,一直嚷嚷著要做吃的做生意
一開始說要做麵飯類的,後來又想做碗粿但覺得麻煩又放棄,最近又想做水煎包..... 但
是吃過他做的水煎包覺得...不怎麼樣(囧
他都是自己上網看影片學著做,就在那攪拌材料弄了不到10顆的水煎包...(平底鍋以前他
也都沒碰過然後有幾個外面燒焦裡面疑似沒熟、內餡還都不小心在煎的過程中爆出來)
後來又覺得不行,說要再想想~反正就是一個今天想做這個明天又想做那個不知道在想什
麼拿不到主意的路線...
但是我們都是認為他想開店不需要這麼急,至少先有完善的規劃再說,我們三個小孩也都
出社會了,也沒有什麼大開銷要煩惱... 若是他可以休息一陣子也行。
但他閒不下來但也無法接受受僱於人,畢竟自己開公司當老闆習慣了;
二來因為我爸想直接用原先自家工廠做店面,但位子在巷子內,稍微有優勢的就是地點靠
捷運站很近,也有很多線公車可以到得了巷子口.... 不是在大馬路上也不是什麼商圈,
想過需要蠻用力地去做行銷才會有人進來....
現在爸爸覺得做冰品比較簡單,我妹和我也覺得如果是做冰店成本比較低一些,若不成功
傷害比較不會這麼大這樣.......
(因為不管是我們或親戚們都認為地點拿來作出租給上班族或小家庭還合算得多,但是爸
爸堅持固執不要,說至少讓他試個兩三年再說)
我們家沒什麼多餘的存款,經由我的勸說下,他也開始覺得這樣埋頭自己摸怎麼做似乎也
不對,打算也要去上課學一些基本功了,但他不喜歡麻煩,我說光備料就需要早起花時間
煮東西之類的,他就回幹嘛這麼累,我就賣紅豆綠豆然後湯圓這樣就好了啊,其實有點受
不了這樣異想天開的老爸.....XD
之前因為他的衝動已經買了做粿的碾米機器和蒸籠......
想請問有經驗的前輩,若是完全沒有做吃的經驗會不會很難開這類小吃店或甜品店?
目前我們大致的方向是夏天賣冰品(雪花冰或剉冰這類的),冬天賣甜湯
如果是想要學做冰品開店,像是職訓局的課程適合嗎? 另外我也擔心他一個人太辛苦,
不知道是不是也要跟著去上課也幫忙,畢竟身為大姊的我也不算年輕了....若沒有繼續累
積職場經驗,自己也沒多大的專長,還蠻煩惱的!很兩難......如果要幫忙老爸一起經營
店
面我會再多增加一些品項吧(例如:碳烤三明治)
畢竟之後還需要購置生財工具與店面佈置也得花一筆資金下去呀!該怎麼走才好呢?
