在畢業的五年內我希望可以先到麵包店工作，
跟著烘焙師傅把基本的烘焙底子打穩，
在工作做完後也可以利用店裡的設備，練習想要考取的證照，
這樣不僅可以學到師傅的技術，也讓自己有練習的場所，
在練習過成中慢慢的研發創新，
嚐嚐其他麵包店的產品，找出做不好的地方用自己所學的去改善。
在空閒時學煮咖啡和咖啡拉花，
希望等到自己的技能穩定扎實之後，
可以開一間屬於自己的下午茶餐廳。

I hope I can work at bakery within five years after graduation.
I can learn the basic skill by following senior baker.
Besides, I can use the equipment in the store after working hours and practice the skill to get the certificate.
It not only let me have somewhere to practice but make my skill better.
I will become innovative by practicing.
Find some disadvantage of some products from other stores and use my skill to improve it. Moreover, I can learn how to make coffee and rosseta.
At last, I hope I can have my own restaurant after I am skillful.
