小弟是在賣食品罐子的,因為對方有三次詢問!
第一次詢問A產品給我網路圖片然後打600ml,後來我推薦跟a產品同容量的b產品,我說這兩款是同容量,小姐就說再考慮!
經過數個禮拜...
第二次詢問就是直接貼圖片給我,然後詢問價錢,我也給價錢了
第三次詢問直接貼圖片說我要一箱,很急,要我給她免運費,金額去尾數,我也誠意說第一次服務就免運給你,貼了200元運費!
再來數天後跟我說瓶子為什麼不是600ml,我要全額退貨!我也誠意的說食品商品打開後,我們都是用二號品價格出售,我就用二號品的價格退給她,可是她堅持全退不然要告消基會....
我的立場是 第一你沒問清楚因為這個商品市面上都是480ml,你打600我也不知道你要詢問什麼!
第二我網站寫的清清楚楚,這個商品是480ml,對方也說他看過了,只是想問有沒有600ml,但是你打600ml誰知道你要問啥?
第三最後二三次詢問都是貼圖問我價錢,並沒說要600ml,今天我是把留言沒刪,要是我刪我根本不知道你到底出什麼問題
我也有誠意退錢,但基於食品東西我們也用二號品價格退給她,差500元,我該如何處理?
