發文前先自清一下
小弟對員工自認還算不錯,至少沒幹的到現在為止
都還是兄弟(兄妹?),還會回來泡茶聊天
某員(業務職)於3月工作內期,請假四天(非連續)
但自月中後即未上班亦未接電話,呈失聯狀態
5號傳簡訊來要9個工作日的薪水,一樣,回電不接不回
傳簡訊也不鳥…小弟一頭霧水(沒鐵拳沒罵,前晚好好的隔天就失聯)

問題來了,基於勞基法,我知道曠職歸曠職,薪水歸薪水,一毛都不能少
9個工作日老老實實付是應該的,勞健保勞退我也不打算扣了,一點小錢
但,我想請該員簽結兩份切結書
一份寫明失聯後未以公司名義在外活動
一份寫明薪水兩造核對無誤,兩造放棄薪資相關異議
如該員不簽,小弟可否拒發薪資呢?
