請問一下有經驗的朋友 一般餐廳要租在大樓下方一樓跟二樓作生意的話
大概有哪些事情要注意呢?
初步作了功課 大概有這樣想法
1. 排煙--走外管,但如樓層太高則走地下室停車場的通風口排煙到頂樓
2. 電力--電力是否足夠?不夠的話是否要申請大電?停電時的應變措施?
3. 水--水塔是否足夠?大樓洗水塔時停水應變措施?
4. 油水分離槽--目前還不知道該怎麼處理 因為廚房可能設定在二樓
