發票以個人名義和公司名義開的差異 - 創業

因為最近要和網路平台廠商簽約，有些條件談得差不多了，目前差在我公司設立沒辦法
趕在優惠期間內設定好，所以如果先簽約的話，發票是開給我個人而不是公司。


我想問一下這樣在稅務上會有什麼差別嗎？
