為何百貨公司的餐廳部門都在地下室? - 創業

最近想在老家的地下室開餐廳(有對外入口)
請了水電和設計師來看看都說不建議,理由是說排水跟排氣不好做
什麼排水因為地下室比外面水溝低要用馬達抽上去,廁所糞管也要延著天花板再用馬達抽,排氣也要中央空調比較好,還要有全熱交換抽油煙之類的,成本會增加很多
那我就不懂了,既然這麽多問題,為什麼百貨公司都把美食街設在地下室?
我真的好想要有誠品那種氛圍的餐廳阿XD
