注意有的飯店沿用一樓是 ground floor 二樓是first floor. 所以 12 樓有可能是 11th floor. 你要查一下。
5.六樓有免費的健身房,三溫暖,露天常溫游泳池,開放到晚上10點

在這情況，使用 invoice, receipt, bill 都行得通。

在英國如果是我們中文所說的一樓，電梯按鈕通常會寫【G】(就像是銀角大王所提的 ground floor )，二樓按鈕會標示【1】、依此類推。
所以我贊同Dark Helmet( 研究生 1 級 )電梯怎麼標示，就說幾樓這樣的用法。
