公司戶銀行選擇 - 創業

各位創業前輩好，
最近家人開設有限公司，
一人獨資，做一點小生意，
資本額30萬，
因為以網路接案為主，
會有轉帳匯入的需求，
也會有網路轉帳出去的需求，
對於公司戶銀行的選擇，
原本是希望開設在國泰銀行，
但今天去詢問，
國泰有規定一定要個人戶開設半年，
才能開設公司戶。
目前鎖定富邦，彰銀，
不知道還有沒有推薦的銀行，
主要是希望有手機查帳的功能，
希望前輩可以推薦一下，謝謝
