想請教各餐廳的老闆們
通常當日沒有賣完的白飯會怎麼處理呢?
小妹本身經營火鍋店
飯是無限續的
但近期客量不穩定
容易剩很多飯
之前是直接放保溫鍋 蓋濕布並放一杯水在裡面
但隔天飯容易有異味
有沒有好的建議?
還是這飯真的不能省 要每日丟?
