但鹹水雞除了煮菜外,瓦斯的成本開銷相當的小,相信我,這個很重要...
當然...冬天生意會很不好,但...其實大約2~3個月左右而已,影響還好..
利潤是也還不錯...是一個值得考慮的行業.....有問題可以到我的FB粉絲團留言唷

滷味的話又分為加熱滷味跟冷滷2種,冷滷就像夜市萬國滷味那種,加熱滷味通常是以店面或是有座位的開店型態,不過加熱滷味比較不受季節影響
鹹水雞就會比較著重在剪料的手法跟灑粉的部分(攤車即可)
