大家對於<後付款>的廠商如何應對 - 創業

小弟一直以來合作的廠商(網路服務)
都是先收頭款一半,尾款在交件後1-4週內結清。
最近第一次遇到採後付款的廠商
(這間算業界有名的公司,不過員工人數10人上下)
由於久聞其名,也想合作看看,於是答應對方可後付款 (這次案件3萬內)
(不過對方好像提到會累積到一定程度一次付清,可能10萬左右,
由於是推測,因此稍後另外討論)
由於已經口頭答應,因此可能這次就先幫對方做,(對方說接的case多,會常介紹)
目前在想是要跟對方提:
1. 僅第一次合作可後付
2. 未來案件超過3萬都需先付一半
3. 回覆主管說仍要先付一半,但另一半可替他延長時間。
另一方面,以下是個人看法
對方是公關公司,因此可能每次的案子不一定給我們做,
一樣是比價一輪後挑最低者,
商場上沒有夥伴,因此沒必要先委屈,或冒可能被倒帳風險。
思緒有點混亂,
想請教各位前輩,對於比自己大的廠商要求後付款的處理方式?

在想這次可能先幫對方做,學習並累積經驗,(因為愈大廠商有時要求愈嚴格、愈多)
