我目前剛移民到美國加州,因英文很差無法找到理想的工作. 所以想創事業第二春,開一間小吃店.
想請教有經驗或了解細節的大大告知如何在美國開小吃店？需要哪些證照&如何取得？如何繳稅？要特別注意哪些事項？

1. Design your business - deciding what you want, where you want, and how do you want to do it.
2. Find a place for your business
3. Licensing - you will need the following:
a. Fictitious Business Name from your county
b. Business License from your city
c. Seller Permit from the California Board of Equalization
d. Health certificate from your county health department
4. Making everything work - utilities, banking, equipments, and so on.

我建議你, 先到附近的餐館或冰品店打工. 瞭解這個行業的"埋角". 至於繳稅和那些政府機關是要怎樣對付, 都可以在你升到某個地步以後, 可以有些把握...很多人要找台灣來的, 可信任的...說不定, 你跟對老闆, 可以一起創業...不要貿貿然就投資...美國的小吃店, 不比台灣...成本的計算方式差很多.
先去把英文學些起來吧.
