1.片開雞胸肉 肉的部分稍微拍開 準備20片
2.紅蘿蔔一條 西洋芹4片 蒜頭10瓣 紅蔥頭5顆
糖少許 豆腐乳100g 五香粉1ts 山奈粉1/2ts 小蘇打10g
果汁機打爛
一層一層敷在雞肉上 醃2hr
3.使用清水把雞排沖乾淨 瀝乾
4.豆腐乳20g 全蛋2個 玉米粉4大匙 紅露酒1大匙 攪拌均勻
混合瀝乾的雞排麵衣濃稠度約是憂格般 裹覆在雞肉上多餘的會滴下 不可太濃
5.去買超級香又可口的胡椒粉 買到你就可以營業了
