大家好!! 我是新手請多包含
小弟是從事面板的工程師,主要都工業用客戶,
某天晚上在思考如何開發新客戶時有了這構想。
將觸控面板放入桌中,當然是可插拔更換,桌上的玻璃當然為CoverLens,
面板資訊顯示菜單,食材,價位等,並與收銀台,與廚房連線。
連線方式為無線,並可增加網路或APP定位、點菜。
後來有上網查,有些地方有這類似的功能,但多為高級餐廳,打噱頭~
優點:減少點餐人員的走動與等待,適時的配置工作人員
人員流動減少,增加移動空間。
PS: 服務業還是要有人互動才不會顯的冷清。
提供多國語言及食材,並免出菜錯誤,或是結單錯誤。
有些人不吃牛或豬,常會讓點餐人員耗在那邊
有了這些資訊可以減少等待,增加出菜及服務效率
缺點:當然是成本增加,但我覺得以請多位員工的店家來說,應該很值得!!
