小弟家裡最近在逢甲的透天剛整理好 樓下租人做生意 點還行步行四分到夜市！樓上平均每間約40萬整理 有電梯五樓 因為整理的還不錯 加上下學期我欠逢甲五學分要修 要在逢甲的時間比較多 想說拿來做日租看看 幫我們改房子的包商說 他之前做過 好賺是好賺 但是小心被抓 因為後來他被檢舉 所以就收了 他還說有一個朋友在文華路那邊做 結果被抓 被罰150還300萬 一年賺的就貼回去了 他說要走就走合法的 爸媽也認同 剛好認識的仲介是有幾個適合改成合法小商旅的物件 但是弄到好4000、 5000萬跑不掉 而且最近逢甲又好幾個中大型的商旅施工中
不知道小型（20間左右）有沒有競爭力？想說先從日租做看看（但是要承擔被抓的風險）我想請問版上從事相關產業的大大 做日租什麼是要注意的？ 現行法規中哪些是模糊有爭議的地方？如果未來有機會做小型商旅 選擇地點的重要性 以逢甲夜市來說 大蓋幾公里內都是ok的點！感謝大家閱讀！
