資遣費及勞保問題 - 創業

目前廠內有個待半年的員工,因為覺得他不適任,所以昨天跟他談了一下
希望他可以待到過年(比較好找工作),年終跟資遣費我們都會給他
不過他說都被開除了,怎麼還有心情繼續待,今天就沒來上班了
剛剛他跑跟我談了一下,要求要3個月薪水的資遣費(說他問到的)
不過我的認知工作半年的資遣費只有1/4個月的薪水
再來就是他原本是做輪班工作所以薪資有3萬左右
但年紀大了加上身體不好,所以才來找我們廠內的包裝工作
薪水只有2萬出頭,所以他不肯再保,他也不想報薪資
這點我們一開始也沒多想,但是現在覺得後續會有問題
這點需要他簽個切結書嗎?還是要求他加保?
