我的夢想是開一間屬於自己的咖啡屋。當我還是個小孩，最喜歡在咖啡店的透明櫥窗外，看著人們悠閒的坐在裡面，冬天手中握著一杯熱可可；夏天吃著美味的漂浮冰琪琳，那樣的畫面我到現在都還忘不了。當我長大時，只要一有空閒時間總會跟朋友或獨自一人去咖啡店點杯飲料，配上美味的點心或下午茶渡過美好的下午。當家日睡醒已經10:00也可以在咖啡店中悠閒的吃著早午餐，而現在的咖啡屋也都也都有提供簡餐，像義大利麵、焗烤都是我的最愛，也是咖啡店簡餐必有的餐點。
在每一家咖啡屋中都有屬於自己的獨特風格，像是喜歡寵物的老闆總會在店中擺滿關於狗或貓的所有裝飾，也有各國風情的裝飾，像是希臘、歐洲、印度等...除了享受不同的餐點之外，心情還會受咖啡店不同的風格裝飾而受影響。
為了實現我的夢想，大一暑假去學做餅乾、蛋糕等點心，平時我也會做些小點心或煮飯給我的朋友們家人吃，也準備升大3要雙主修餐飲管理。我會收集每一間我吃過店的菜單，研究它的的餐點、價位和他們的促銷手法、創意，希望這些都可以成為我未來開店的資訊。開一間屬於我自己的咖啡店是我的夢想，如果他可以真正成為我的職業就太完美了。

My dream is to have my own cafe. When i was a child, I like to see people sitting comfortably in a cafe, holding a cup of hot chocolate in the winter or having a delicious float in summer days. After I have grown up, I will go to a Cafe to have a sip of drinks with delicious desserts whenever I have time. I will then spend my afternoon either alone or with my friends in the cafe happily. I can have my breakfast and lunch in a cafe even if I woke up late.
Cafes also provide simple dishes. Spaghetti and cheese-baked dish are my favourites and they are also popular dishes in the cafe.
Every cafe has its own unique designs. For example, the owner of a cafe may design his cafe with decorations of dogs or cats if he likes pet-keeping. There are also cafes with foreign designs such as Greek, European, India and so on. Besides enjoying the dishes, our emotion also changes in different styles and designs of the cafe.
In order to realize my dream, I have learnt how to make cookies, cakes and desserts during my first grade summer vacation. I also make desserts or cook for my friends and family when I am free. And I prepare to take Culinary Art in my third grade as my second major. I collect every restaurants that I have visited and learn on their menus, prices, promotion techniques and creativity. I hope all these information can be helpful when I open a cafe in future. Having a cafe is my dream. It will be perfect if it can become my real occupation!
