一份餐點來說160被抽32% 我的豬肉成本就35塊
不包括其他成本 利潤差不多3成 感覺很白忙

自己的人事費用都要算進去
餐飲業多的是東扣西扣不到10%的
以喜宴來說 食材30% 人事20% 房租10% 折舊8% 水電雜
支10% 發票5% 刷卡2% 這樣85% 還要食材損耗跟營所稅
