創業後身體變差,怎麼處理好 - 創業

大家好,想跟各位前輩請教,如何保養自己的身體~~
目前是創業後,通常睡覺時間會是2-3點,8點醒來,每週會有固定運動1-2次
不過最近感冒了兩個禮拜,好很慢,而且看了四次醫生,也沒有很顯著的改善...就感覺
身體好像被自己玩壞了,從來沒想過感冒可以這麼久沒好,真的也嚇到了...
想跟各位前輩討教,該如何把身體顧好又能兼顧創業呢
