家裡作餐飲小吃已經20年
今年小叔我來到人生轉折
原本技能是網路行銷策略規劃的我
想著來接下家裡的這個攤子
目前是一間店面,但不是自家的
已經租20年,房租幾乎沒漲過
店主老太太算是還不錯
如果今年下去接手,希望不只店面銷售
還希望能配合網上銷售或批發方式來擴大
只是昨天想到一個問題
今天如果以走批發(早餐店/菜市場)那勢必得增加貨量及賣價對吧
只是增加量肯定得多人手才作的出來
那又得在請人,所以人事成本會增加
唯一好處是量大原物料價格就能談低
兩相權衡到底划不划算?
會不會賣了一堆結果工錢都還補不上
希望有經驗的大大現身說法指導一下
