各位板友午安
目前小弟從事無毒產業,
在於推廣及開發安全種養殖的食材,以及量產化
結合公益(扶持小農及原住民等,有興趣的話再做討論)
由雞隻開始擴展至其他禽畜魚類,結合整個食物鏈生態循環
達到環境永續,並且能夠穩定營收。
有件事情想請教大家,在於生鮮魚的處理,想要速凍後提供給消費者或餐廳
那麼在處理上,應該注意哪些地方呢? 大廠~不想做這小單,小廠又擔心衛生,
也必須有相同為好品質的食材理念與前進目標,
請問有可以介紹有此理念的廠商朋友嗎? 私心在新竹以北地方 XD
( 生態魚池位於桃園,與台北餐廳合作的現撈漁船可能也想加入 )
