國小的時候很胖所以在上國中的那2個月暑假我就開始嘗試減肥堅持不使用藥物而且不花錢的減肥辦法從飲食和運動去下手減肥期間一天運動2次分別是早上和晚上去操場跑步快走10圈回家後還會做一些抬腿和按摩的動作飲食方面的話因為以前很愛吃零食所以在減肥的時候就真的戒掉也沒吃油炸類的話也盡
