小吃漲價後營業額下降許多 - 創業

各位前輩好,
小弟是做小吃的,開店已2年,是過年前漲價的,原本以為東西品質不變,價格稍微調漲
客人不會差很多,畢竟2年前的原料跟現在的原料價錢實在差蠻多的,中間一年多都是我
自行吸收,直到過年前實在撐不太住,漲了一點,沒想到雖然毛利變高了,但營業額下滑
的蠻多的,算一算甚至比漲價前賺的還少,我做的地方是一個社區,年齡層偏大,附近只
有國中小學,沒有工業區,都是婆婆媽媽的客人,所以想推比較高單價的新品困難重重,
競爭對手沒有變多,單純是客人變少,營業額大約5千左右下滑至2千多(剩我一個人做)
2千多說實在的算一算跟上班差不多,東西應該是不錯,請問我該堅持下去,還是換點,
還是其實現在已經不是創業的好時機了,上班比較好呢,求各位前輩解惑了,需要其他
數據我也可以補充,謝謝各位前輩了
